As a guy who enjoyed the 80s and in particular a certain individual who came to light during the 80s it made sense to write a book that included the man who has shaped my life and to be honest, unwittingly guided me through some of the most difficult events. His music is timeless and beautiful his style sublime and his character and charisma standing head and shoulders above most at his level. As the story tells I tried to shape my life to those standards, which have kept me saine and strong.
