Hello, my name is Titan Frey and I am a former journalist, editor-in-chief, and social media specialist at Fadeaway World, an NBA/basketball content website that was formerly under the Sports Illustrated umbrella. My time at Fadeaway World has helped to develop my overall writing and editing ability while learning how SEO and other behind-the-scenes actions work to create great and popular articles for readers to enjoy. One article I am proud of writing is the biography of Chuck Cooper, the first African American to be drafted by an NBA team, as well as the first to play in an exhibition NBA game. I worked with Cooper's son, Chuck Cooper III, to help bring his father's story to life. As a freelance script writer, I create engaging and captivating scripts for YouTube and Snapchat on various topics, such as the NBA and entertainment. This includes working with the popular YouTube channel Oldskoolbball, a YouTube channel that has worked with NBA.com, ESPN, and on The Last Dance Documentary, which is about Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. I have my own basketball-themed YouTube channel, @HOOPSHISTORY26, and I am proud of the work I have put into it. I have had three short films that I've co-written get produced, including a horror short film titled There's Someone Here. My latest screenplay, Street Rage, is an action/thriller feature that tackles the issue of racism and violence on the road. I have also published multiple books including an Amazon Best Selling New Release YA novel titled A Player's Path: A Story About Life And Football. This story tackles kidney disease while addressing the importance of friendship. This story is important to me as I am a living kidney donor. In 2024, I relased a time-traveling Sci-Fi thriller novel titled Imagine. It's a story of a handyman who, after witnessing the assassination of John Lennon, is transported to the year 2023 to discover his only way back to 1980 is to kill Lennon's assassin. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself as a writer. Bringing stories to life, whether fiction, basketball-related, or something else entirely, is my passion in life.
