Pent Up Thoughts - James B. Agape

James B. Agape was born in Nairobi, Kenya. He started writing in 2017, but it was not until recently that he decided to make his thoughts, messages, and poetry public. His debut anthology, "Whispers of The Soul," revolves around the themes of anxiety, depression, self-love, healing, and stigma that surround those with mental illness—things that he's personally battled with for a significant period of his adult life. He firmly believes you don't need special qualifications to write and express yourself; all that is required is a strong passion to invite readers into your world through your words.
