Play the Game - Tim Routch
Tim Routch received a degree in Environmental Engineering from Ohio State University. He worked in the oilfields of West Texas for several years before transferring to Tulsa, Oklahoma. With the collapse of the oil industry in the 80's, Tim went to work as an environmental engineer, ultimately forming his own consulting company. At the ripe age of fifty he accepted a position with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He was stationed in the Virgin Islands for eleven years before transferring to Charleston, South Carolina. After seven years in Charleston he retired and finished writing "Play the Game." The novel was a work of love which spanned nearly fifteen years of writing. He always said he had a story inside of him which needed to be told. The story was so long it initially exceeded over 600,000 words before editing.
