The HEIDORF Legacy - Dennis Higgins
Dennis Higgins is a 90 year old debut author from Yorkshire in the UK. His novel was published in May 2024 and is beginning to take off in both the UK and the USA. He lived through World War 2 and the Cold War and spent part of it in Germany behind the so called Iron Curtain whilst it was still under Russian control. He married an East German girl who died at a very young age, but continued to visit her parents. Her father was a member of the Kaiser's Prussian guard, and much of the story is his story of the downfall of Germany under both the Nazi and the Russian regimes. Boredom during the Covid lockdown induced him to put pen to paper and write the one story that is everyone.
