Brush Oulai is an author, Journalist, Songwriter and Businessman. After several years of teaching in his native Cote d’Ivoire, he embarked on business studies where he obtained a BA and an MBA in business. He also holds an MSc in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. Having worked as Statical Analyst, he diverted into Media as managing editor at a Newspaper he founded in 2013. His writing highlights overlooked social issues, social injustices, inequalities, and systemic problems to raise awareness and inspire readers to advocate for change. For Mr Oulai, what counts in life is who we choose to be and how we want to live our life. He is a big fan of Ernest Hemingway, Salman Rushdie, and, of course, Gerard de Villier. His early days were immensely influenced by the great success of the Congolese music. For Mr Oulai, a day without a Congolese song is a day in vain.
