My name is Phil, and I’ve been a chef for 34 years—and I’m still cooking! Over the years, I used to make up stories to entertain my daughter, and they've been floating around in my head ever since.i always struggle with writting drowing up as dislexia played its part but recently, I decided to put them down on paper just takes me a little longer in editing what i have wrote .
