Up in smoke…a life? - Neil van Schalkwyk

Neil van Schalkwyk is a recovering heroin addict with a love for poetry. As far back as I can remember he was always writing down his thoughts and feelings as a kind of therapy session. Everything he writes down always seems to rhyme so one day he dubbed himself a poet. The depth of his emotions and his lack of filter makes his brutally honest writing a must for anyone wanting to understand the mind of the people they love struggling with substance abuse issues.

GENRE: Poetry

Blurb:

A rollercoaster ride into the enotional ups and downs of someone struggling with heroin addiction. From active addiction to recovery and from loss to love and right back to loss, relapse and recovery and even some silver linings?
