Noé Badillo is an artist and writer. He completed his doctoral dissertation on Italian architecture in 2021, and has published on the history of architecture, philosophy, and most recently delved into making art catalogues of his own work, and fiction works as well.

Antiperestroika presents a series of large-scale works on paper created by the artist Noé Badillo created in direct response to the War in Ukraine. These large-scale works on paper portray messages written in Russian and Ukrainian which in many ways may resemble street art. The catalogue presents twenty-nine full-colour images of the artist's work, as well as three essays written by the artist.
