Bamidele Farinre is a multi-award-winning chartered biomedical scientist, Agile project manager, STEM mentor, public speaker, and gospel recording artist, whose work spans healthcare, education, and advocacy for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). As an Honorary Fellow of the UK Academy of Healthcare Science (AHCS), a Brighton University Student Effect Ambassador, and a Black Young Professionals (BYP) Ambassador, Bamidele uses her platform to inspire others and champion underrepresented voices. She is the founder of the LinkedIn hub BAMS Space: No Ceiling, a space dedicated to empowerment and representation in STEM. A published author of The Mentor’s Journey: From Learning to Leading, Bamidele’s contributions extend globally, as she advocates for mentorship, leadership, and creating lasting opportunities for the next generation.
